Shipping

Shipping is free to every address in the United States. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Illinois, with tracking. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your case leaves, and you can follow it on Track your order.

The dispatch date for your order is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Duties and taxes

Your order ships from inside the US, so there are no import duties or fees at delivery. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

The Full Week Promise

Wear them for a week. If The Full Week isn’t for you, return the case within 30 days of delivery. We send the label and refund you in full.

1. Write to us through the contact page with your order number.
2. We email you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the case and drop it off. We refund your original payment method as soon as it is back with us.

Damaged or faulty

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.
